We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase, and we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. If the product you’re returning was a special order, you will be liable for additional handling and shipping costs.

We accept used bicycles in good condition as trade-ins. We’re also happy to purchase pre-owned bikes that are in good condition.
