T-Cycles Bike Shop Return and Refund Policy

At T-Cycles Bike Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: You may return most new, unopened ,defective and non defective items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom bikes, clearance items, and gift cards, are non-returnable. Please check the product description for details.

2. Return Process

  • Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@tcyclesbikeshop.co.za] or call us at [+27634877156]. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Shipping Returns: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed withing 3 to 7, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for Defective Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange at no additional cost.
